News:

Starting on Wednesday, May 1, we are no longer be using the EMB Management company. 


Our Association has moved to be self-managed. For any questions or concerns please reach out to Bonnie Bury at [email protected] or call 425 358-0189. She will get back to you as soon as possible. She does have a fulltime job, so there could be slight delays but she will get back to you ASAP. 

REMINDER:  The 2024 HOA Dues were due on April 1. If you have not paid, please do so as soon as possible.

Please do not mail any more payments to EMB Management.

We will be sending out late notices in early May to all homeowners who have not paid dues or have not set up a payment plan. 

There will be a late payment fee charged to cover the cost of supplies and mailing.

If you did not receive your annual billing statement, please reach out so we can confirm your address and get it to you.

We will not be increasing the dues or having any special assessments. Dues will remain at $380 this year. 
We are ending our contract with EMB Management effective April 30. The savings will be reallocated for upgrades, improvements and increasing our reserve fund.

If you are a homeowner interested in volunteering on a committee, contact the appropriate board representative. Click on the "Association Information" tab and select committees. Committees are Aesthetics, Landscape, Social/Welcoming and Architecture.


The neighborhood consists of 157 homes and a large community park. The subdivision is located on the southeast corner of SE 280th St and 228th Ave SE.  It is within walking distance of Glacier Park Elementary, Tahoma High School School, the city proper  and  the lower Cedar River Trail.
